Hiroyuki WAKIMOTO
1952 Born in Nagasaki
1981 Started to study under Jyoji YAMASHITA after learning at the Faculty
of Crafts, Osaka University of Arts
1990 Built a kiln and independent
Won a prize at Issui- Pottery Exhibition
1991 Accepted in Plastic Arts for the Tea Ceremony Exhibition, Tanabe Museum
of Art ( Accepted six times in the exhibition)
Won a prize at Issui Pottery Exhibition
Accepted in Pottery Biennale
Accepted in Japan Traditional Craft Exhibition ( Accepted three times in
the exhibition)
1992 Accepted in Asahi Pottery Exhibition (Accepted three times in the
exhibition)
1993 Won a prize at Pottery Biennale
Accepted in Japan Traditional Craft Exhibition, Chugoku Branch

1990 瀬戸内市長船町に登窯を築き独立する
