Part 2: Incense burner
Born in Tsushima in 1952 (The northernmost town on a small Japanese island closest to Korea.)
In 1981, he studied under Joji Yamashita. In 1990, he became independent, built a kiln, and began exhibiting his works.
His works have been selected for many ceramic art exhibitions and he has held solo exhibitions in galleries and department stores.
From 2007 to 2018, we held Wakimoto san’s solo exhibition every year.
